The little Kicks features a bold exterior styling with the distinctive V-Motion grille and exclusive LED headlights. It also features distinct wheels and flashy colors including a metallic electric blue and Scarlet Ember Tintcoat. It is also still possible to order the Kicks in a two-tone color.

The interior is also quite upscale and refined for such an affordable small SUV. A 7-inch center screen comes in the SL model while the SV and SR models get an 8-inch screen. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are standard as is the Nissan Safety Shield 360 system which includes:

The 2023 Nissan Kicks comes standard with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with 122 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque paired with a standard automatic CVT. This engine in the current Kicks averages 7.7 L/100 km in the city and 6.6 L/100 km on the highway.
